Al Jouf Agricultural Development Company Inaugurates Its New French Fries Factory A formal ceremony was held to inaugurate the French Fries factory belonging to Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Company in the Basita area of Al-Jouf. The event was sponsored and attended by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Governor of Al-Jouf Region. The new French fries factory is one of the largest in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a production capacity of 35,000 tons per year, covering approximately 15% of the Kingdom’s French fries needs. The new factory also contributes to enhancing the Kingdom’s food security and reducing dependence on imports, positively impacting the trade balance. Additionally, the factory will increase the local content of food products, aligning with the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Following this achievement, Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Company stated: “The opening of the French ries factory marks a milestone in the company’s journey. We are proud to be part of the efforts to enhance food security in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet our customers’ needs while contributing to the realization of Vision 2030.
